Privacy Policy

Latino Entertainment is owned and operated by Escamilla Corporation. This policy covers our marketing website at latinoentertainment.ai and the website features described below when available. It does not cover the separate app’s accounts, video uploads or social features, or activity on independent services such as YouTube and TikTok.

Launch notifications. When the launch-interest form is available, you can provide your email to request launch notifications. The planned handling stores your email in a separate Supabase table for those notifications. This does not create an app account or subscribe you to a general newsletter.

Contact. When the Contact form is available, we receive the reply email and message you submit to handle your inquiry and, where appropriate, respond. This does not subscribe you to launch notifications. We check the format of the email address, but this does not confirm that you own it. A personal reply or automatic confirmation email is not guaranteed. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Privacy questions and requests. Use the Contact form to ask about privacy, request correction or deletion, or stop future launch notifications. We use the information you provide to handle your request. We may need limited additional information to verify your identity or authority where necessary. You do not need an app account or a launch-notification subscription to make a privacy request.

To deliver pages and operate and protect the website, our hosting and service providers may process connection and request information, such as IP addresses, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and error or security information. We use relevant information to provide the service, diagnose problems and prevent misuse. We do not ask for precise location in the website forms.

Drafts stay in the open page’s memory; they are not saved in persistent browser storage or included in the web address. Submitted information is handled for that form’s stated purpose: planned launch-interest email storage in a separate Supabase table, or Contact forwarding through our email service to the team handling the inquiry.

Google Analytics website collection is currently disabled. If enabled after review, we plan to use Google Analytics 4 for basic page-view, visit and traffic-source reporting. Google receives technical and usage information through analytics requests, potentially including browser identifiers and IP addresses used during processing. Google says GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses; this does not mean IP addresses are never processed.

The planned setup excludes email addresses, Contact messages, other form contents, private drafts, query strings and URL fragments from analytics. Advertising features, Google Signals, user-provided data collection, session replay and automatic form-interaction collection are outside this setup.

Analytics can use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions. Cookie lifetimes differ from event-data retention. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but may not stop every network request. Before enabling collection, we will explain the technologies used and provide the choices required by applicable law. Where consent is required, optional collection will remain off until consent is given, and consent can be withdrawn. Where a lawful exception applies, we will provide the information and objection mechanism it requires.

Providers helping operate and secure the website and handle form submissions may process information for those purposes. Our Contact API uses Google Cloud Run; planned launch-interest email storage uses Supabase. Our email-delivery service and recipient mailbox provider handle forwarded Contact messages. Authorized personnel may handle inquiries and privacy requests. If analytics is enabled, Google also receives the analytics information described above. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, our services or legal rights.

We do not use Contact messages or reply addresses for unrelated marketing under this policy. Advertising features are not enabled. Links to YouTube, TikTok and other independent services take you to services with their own privacy practices.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including handling inquiries and requests, delivering requested launch notifications, preventing misuse and meeting applicable legal or recordkeeping duties. Relevant factors include the purpose’s duration, withdrawal of a request, unresolved issues, legal obligations and each system’s deletion cycle.

Service-provider and mailbox copies may have separate retention and deletion cycles. Deletion may not happen immediately across all copies. We will explain relevant limits when handling a request.

You can choose not to submit a form. The information requested is needed to use that form. Use the Contact form to ask a privacy question, request correction or deletion, or stop future launch notifications.

Depending on the law that applies to you and our processing, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Some rights have exceptions. We will assess requests under applicable law and will not discriminate for exercising a legal privacy right. Where applicable, you may complain to your data-protection authority.

This marketing website is intended for people aged 13 and older in the United States and Latin America. Please do not submit personal information if you are under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, use the Contact form’s privacy-request route so we can assess and address it. Additional protections may apply to visitors aged 13–17 under local law.

Our Contact API is hosted in the United States, and the planned Supabase launch-interest table uses an existing United States project. Information may therefore be transferred to the United States if you visit from another country. These primary hosting locations do not establish where every provider, mailbox, log or backup copy is processed. Where applicable law requires international-transfer safeguards, we will use the required safeguards and provide information about them through the privacy-request route.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No online service or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Please avoid including sensitive information in Contact messages.

We will post an updated policy and effective date when our practices change. For material changes, we will provide a clear website notice and any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
